Our Shipping Policy is very critical to us. We want to ensure our customers receive our products and services the best way and most efficient as possible. 

SERVICES

Service delivery is solely based upon the customer. When booking Giza Entertainment online, the customer acknowledges the desired date, time, and place set for services. This policy applies directly to the delivery of services for the purchased booking date. For turnaround times and processing, please see “Terms of Service”

PRODUCTS

When purchasing a product from Giza Entertainment, it is important that you keep up with the emails and messages delivered by the company. Availability of products depends on its inventory status. If the product is in stock, shipping could take 1-7 business days via UPS Ground. If products are not in stock, customers can still order ahead to receive their items later. This makes the process longer than usual, from date of Pre- Order, the item is then being manufactured then sent to our warehouse. Once inventory is updated, customers’ orders will be then shipped. This process can take 1 to 3 weeks.
